But this is probably something that only myself can understand on this forum, as a latin fan I am TIRED of Christina saying she is proud of her latin roots and all that bullsh#t. In the 12 years of Christina's career, she only did like 4 dates in South America and ever since we haven't heard of her. Not even a damn shoutout. Most people here think Christina's last song was Ven Conmigo lol Her contests are either limited for Europe or The US. She tours almost everywhere but Latin America, the place she says she's proud of. So if Christina doesn't really care for us, I think she better not say anything.

I agree. She promised she was going to work on an all new, original material (no english album remakes) latin album back in like 2003. we have never seen the results of that project and she hardly takes the time to tour there in latin america. now granted the b2b tour was cut short and sources say she had planned to do latin america if she had not become pregnant so hopefully that is something she makes a PRIORITY to make up for next time around.

Oh, trust me, I couldn't care less if she makes a new spanish album or not. I fact, I don't want her to. It could be exciting for you but have in mind I listen to spanish music 24/7 here in South America so it's a little tiring, that's why I prefer English music overall. I'm just asking for het to visit us once in a while or at least give us exclusive contests like you guys get. You're right, she was in talks to tour here for the Back To Basics tour but she got pregnant so, as you say, hopefully she decides to open her next tour here or at least comes at some point.

I mean, Christina basically went to a lot of places except for the Latin countries. And I think it's quite mean too. Like you guys are saying, if you're SOOO proud of where you came from and all that crap, wouldn't you be over there?

Yeah, she went over to Brazil, but completely ignored the other countries. It's like pale

I really hope she does come over there the next time around.
